Amerit Group was founded in 2017 with a passion for technology and a commitment to doing the work well. We specialize in software development, IT consulting, and staffing. Each of us brings more than 20 years of experience across a range of clients and industries — as independent consultants, in full-time engineering roles, and running a staffing practice. We know both sides of this work: what it takes to deliver a system, and what it takes to find someone who can.
What we believe
Senior people should do the work, not just sell it. The experience on the proposal should be the experience on the project.
Software you can't maintain isn't finished. Every engagement ends with clean code, documentation, and a proper handover — not a dependency on us.
Honest scoping beats optimistic scoping. If a project will take longer than you're hoping, we'd rather say so on the first call than discover it together in month three.
Our approach
We take on a limited number of engagements at a time so each one gets senior attention from start to finish. The person who scopes your project is the person who delivers it, and we'd rather decline work than take on more than we can do well.
